Wizard runs after each update

I have noticed this on previous occasions and again now as i had to remote into my server and restsrt MBS after the update, doesnt seem to like doing that itself on my server, non-isue though i'd say on my end. What i have noticed though is the wizard wants to constantly run, even without an update if i head into the server and launch WEBUI from there it will want to run the wizard again as well, is this WAI or a bug?

maybe your configuration file is getting reset somehow, because that's where the values is that indicates if wizard has been completed or not.
