Library scan changes folder names

Using server 3.0.5931.0 and I am having trouble with one title, Breaking Bad the complete season I have ripped the blue ray with makemkv into seperate episodes there are 62 in all I have tried renaming them to s01e01 - Pilot and doing the same with all 62 episodes,  and after a library scan they have been changed to Breaking Bad: Season 1 Disc 1 so I went into webui and edited each one with the name I wanted to use then I locked the webui so no other changes can occur after another library scan they have all been changed back to Breaking Bad: Season 1 Disc 1-6 I have tried changing to a new folder and changing the name of the series to different names with Breaking Bad in the title and moving contents and doing a rescan and they still have the wrong names. the folder where they are located is intact the names remain untouched but library scan changes them to the name it wants no matter what I do. I have tried naming episodes to 01- Pilot to 62 -Felina etc in the webui but as soon a library scan happens everything is lost.....I have reset the library to TV, Unset and Movies. It has to be something I am doing ! No other series does this any advise will be appreciated.
