Black screen when casting with EMBY on QNAP TS-231

Hi,

 

I just bought a TS-231 and I installed the Arm7 Version : http://www.positiv-it.fr/QNAP/APP/Emby_3.0.5931.0_MediaStreamingAddon_arm-x31.qpkg.zip.

 

Everything work just fine, but when I choose a video in my library and cast to my chromecast, nothing happen, only a black screen.

 

Can someone help me. I used to use EMBY on my personal computer and it worked just fine.

 

I think there is a problem with the transcoding, but I'm not an expert.

Well in any case, the issue is that ffmpeg is exiting with an error. Where did you get your version of ffmpeg from?

I can't tell, I don't know what ffmpeg is...do I need to download it? Do I need to install it on my QNAP server? How do I do that?

You probably want the third option - the MediaStreaming version.

Yes I did...and I installed the Media Streaming version
