CPU charge over 100%

Hi,

I installed Emby on a CentOS 7 server but it doesn't work fine.

When i launch a video, i have to wait between 20 min before watching, otherwise the video crashes all 3 minutes.

Emby is up to date and i noticed that cpu charge allways is between 90-110% during transcoding.

Throttling is activated in the Emby options & i tried to limit the number of threads used by the media server.

For information, my cpu is an Intel C2750.

 

Is it a known issue ? Emby appears not to be involved but is there a solution to reduce cpu charge ?

Or am i condemned to migrate to a more efficient server ?
