How to connect to server from Windows Phone

Hi,

 

I have installed Emby-server on a windows 7 PC. The server works fine and I can use it locally on the same PC. Then I installed the Emby-Client on my Windows Phone (Windows 8.1). I can login to Emby. Next the Emby client asks me for manual entering the details of the server I want to connect to. The IP-Addreess of the PC in the local home network doesn"t work.

 

Does anyone have a tip, how I can establish a connection?

are you able to use the web browser to connect using the windows phone?

No. I also canot connect to emby server from a web browser on my phone or from a laptop

I like Media Browser 3 because they are continually adding new functionality to it. There are a lot of plugins coming for the server which adds cool features like Kinect PC support and Live TV.
