trailers uninstalled, cinema mode still plays internet trailers

my settings have internet trailers disabled and it still does this.

when I disable "Include trailers from movies in my library" they stop playing.

no trailers play when I enable internet trailers.

they're probably just hanging around in the database. as various cleanup processes run, they should get cleaned up.
