differences in setting schedule tasks time

I was trying to figure figure out why my Trakt scheduled sync wasn't running so I deleted the task and tried to recreate it in Safari. I didn't see a way to set the time. I went over to Chrome and obvious what I needed to do there cause it gave you a spot for hours minutes and am/pm.

 

In safari, I didn't realize I was supposed to click on the label field. It just looked like a label like Time Limit and Trigger Type fields that have dropdowns.

yea safari unfortunately doesn't have a built-in time picker

yea. No idea if this is possible but is there a way to in safari say Time: (enter here). Of course I am probably the only stupid one who didn't think about just clicking there and I'm a web programmer........ hehe. Long week. 

 

Never tested in IE.
