RT Rating and actor images only by manual refresh

This problem seems to be already discussed, but I didn't find a proper solution for it:

Actor images and rotten tomatoes rating are not scraped automatically by Emby.

I have to refresh the movie and every single actor to make them appear.

Is this still a known bug or what can I do to solve it?

You've said you're using another program to fetch your metadata, so this right now is just a quirk with that type of setup.

Unfortunately Emby is missing a (for me) essential scraping feature: Scraping pictures in original language and plot etc in mine (German)

Just let Emby create the .nfo file then everything works fine

I'm on current stable release and meanwhile I let Emby fetch all metadata and images.

But again I'm having the problem that the rotten tomatoe's rating and oscar nominations only appear when I manually refresh a movie.

I'm using the real time monitoring feature, could this be the problem?

 

So I copy the movie on my NAS and a couple of seconds later it's been added to Emby database automatically. Everything is fine except the two mentioned things.
