Reports missingtrailer.png and columns issue

Since the change with missing trailers, reports don't display image anymore just a placeholder.  Also Trailer column remains blank.

 

For me image appears in Chrome do to it still being cached, here is what shows after clearing cache.  Only checked Beta 5941 and stable 5930.
