Sp4rkR4t 0 Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 As the title I have 2 tv series that are trying to play direct but I get an error that the file could not be loaded, is there a way to tell the server to transcode these for the android TV device?

ebr 16169 Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Could you please enable debug logging on your server, then play that item until it errors and then post the server log? Thanks.

Sp4rkR4t 0 Posted April 20, 2016 Author Posted April 20, 2016 OK I'll try that out when the app updates then.
