Puff 4 Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 (edited) Hi, I upgraded to the version 3.0.5930.0 last night. The database upgrade went through fine. But I am unable to play anything through the browsers or apps. - Tried it on IE11, Edge and Chrome. The interface is loading fine and I can select the videos, it shows the time bar at the bottom indicating the correct length of the video. But nothing plays. I've tested from within my network, on the server and on the client PCs and on external PCs. I've also tried it on the app for Windows Phone. The result is the same across the board. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. UPDATE 1: Did some more testing, the problem only occurs when I'm playing an MKV file.. MP4 files run without any problem. UPDATE 2: The MKV files are playing properly on Roku in my testing. Edited April 18, 2016 by Puff

Can you please provide all of the information that is requested in that link, including any other logs modified during that time, as well as a discussion of what you did during the time period of that log, for example, what Emby app you used, and if in a browser, what browser, what you did, what result you saw, etc. Thanks.
