You can scroll too far

I experience on the webinterface but also on the windows store app and the android client that i can scroll further than necessary (see screenshot attached)

 

This gives me a big blank piece on the page.

 

On chrome and also on microsoft edge

i use emby server version:  3.0.5913.0

this "issue" still exists on web, android, ios etc.

 

I think the extra "white" space is not wanted and it is an issue or is this done with a reason?

it's by design, nothing wrong with it. it's for a couple reasons, one to allow you to bring items into the center of the screen to tap them. second, to allow for space of elements that are docked at the bottom, such as notifications and the audio now playing bar. It's a small amount, roughly 30% of the viewport so my suggestion would be to just try to avoid thinking that it's not a good thing.
