Emby TV plugin failing to record shows

So this happens fairly frequently to me using the Emby TV plugin, but seemingly randomly.  Show appears to record but when I go to play it it's either 0 mb or a small amount of mb and will not play.  I've attached my server logs, let me know if I need to provide any other info.  In the log, Castle recorded fine, but Scorpion and Gotham did not.  I'm about ready to switch to a different plugin because it's missed a lot of shows recently, but i'd really like to use the Emby TV plugin as I don't have to install anything else.

 

I have an HDHomeRun Prime and everything I have is up to date.
