Cinema mode not working

Hi,

 

Cinema mode has stopped working for me.  It has been a bit since I've watched a movie, so not sure when it happened.  This is happening on 2 different devices.

 

I have the prompt enabled and am also using a custom into.

 

The prompt will appear and the custom intro will play, but no trailers.

 

If I remove the custom intro then no prompt and nothing plays before the movie.

 

I've attached a log.  As far as I can tell it is seeing some trailers - not sure why they don't play.

 

I've tried completely resetting the database. When prompted, I do not select Direct Play, I take the default 'add-on' selection.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Your kodi log, enable debug in the add-on settings > advanced. Playback a movie, post that Kodi log, thanks.

Hi,

 

I did a bit more digging on this.  Turns out I can't play trailers via the web interface either so problem seems to be at the server level.  I will post in the server section, but the 2 transcode logs that get created (I have it set to play 2 trailers) are showing it is trying to play trailers that are not even showing in my trailers section.  It I try manually use the trailer url in the log, it does not work.
