Playing Mp4 movies - Weird noises help

Hi folks, I'm new to emby and loving it but for one problem.

 

When I play mp4 movies on my android tv from my amby server the picture is perfect, the sounds comes through as normal, but there is an addition sound as well. A random clicking sounds plus a background screeching noise.

 

When playing avi or mkv files all is perfect. I have tried the movies with the noise on the same tv via a usb and the noise is not there.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
