Emby not updating show information

Hi,

 

Recently added Season 2 of the Unbreakable Kimmy Schimdt to my library, but for some reason its not pulling through the information from TheTVDB as shown below.

 

I have tried clicking refresh on both the Season and Show within Emby. as well as re-identifying the show to see if it would refresh the data, I also went in to the Metadata manager and Forced a Full update but even that wouldn't pull anything through.

 

I have attached my server logs if this helps.

I tested that very same show today, no problem found. Worked perfectly. I would check that the series Imdb and Tvdb id's are correct, then refresh the series.

 

Also, if you've customized any metadata settings in the server dashboard, you can also try putting them back at default.

Did the same thing.  What is your episode provider set to? Metadata-Services-Content type "Episode"

Just done a refresh install of emby its the same it just doens't seem to be pulling through any data for season 2....
