Adding folders to TV library are incorrectly identified

(All of this on a first time install with the latest version of the software)

 

I created my movie library with no difficulty, everything populated perfectly - it was a thing of beauty.

 

Then I created a TV Series library, and have had a problem with the all of the series being misidentified and ones with multiple seasons being added as a separate item, not a sub item.

 

I followed the naming convention listed in the wiki.

 

I can go in and manually edit the metadata, but I have a lot of series and it is very time consuming.

 

Anyone had this problem?

One thing I've noticed, is that in the metadata downloader services type settings for Seasons, only one service is available - themoviedb.  Series and Episodes both have three selections each...

Currently TMDB is the only provider that provides season information.
