Is it possible to have parental control option to include only tags as well as or instead of block tags?

I'm finding allowing users to have access to certain things to be quite the task. Blocking tags is a nice feature, but I think a "include only" option would be great. The example on the wiki:

So for example, say I have 1000 movies on the server. 900 are not ok for kids. It'd be a whole lot easier to add kids-allowed tags to 100 movies than kids-blocked to 900.

Thanx, that'll help with some issues, but it still isn't what I'm looking for. I'd love to be able to tailor some users specifically. I have a friend who's not tech savvy. At all. He has a show he wants to watch (I'll call it Show 1), and I don't want him to muddle through the whole collection. What I'd like to do is tag "Friend 1" as a tag on "Show 1", then in the users setting allow him to only have access to items tagged "Friend 1". This way if I come across a movie he likes as well, I can just tag "Friend 1" to it and he can then access that movie.

The custom rating feature is nice, but won't really help in this case as I'd have to have a rating specifically for him.

Yes, it would be nice to have a "Access content with tags" option in the user's "Access" section.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to do what you're suggesting right now.

The feature request I pointed to is for exactly that...
