Notification for background music/video theme

Hi,

 

I found it very anoying. I've got PushOver connected to the Notification plugin. It's wonderfull and works well, but when someone is playing a music or video when it goes on a title description (Like in Emby Theatre) it throws a notification "User is playing theme...".

 

I think the plugin has to ignore these notifications.

 

Could you do something?

Hi could you have a look into this please? It's just to add a condition like if (fileName.Contains("theme") != true) { sendNotification()} or something like that depending on your code...

 

It's very annoying to receive all notifications when users on my server are going on each movie details to inform me that they are playing backdrops musics/videos...

Hi Luke any update on this? Don't say "yup" to make me happy. If you don't want or can't implement this for any reason, I would understand.

 

For me it's not a feature request here, it's an irritating effect of the plugin as is.
