Emby 3.0.5913.0 - Fails to play media

Team,

I have just updated Emby to the most recent version 3.0.5913.0 and now I am unable to play any media. I am getting "there was an error playing the media" while opening recorded shows. For live TV I am getting "There was an error playing the video. Please ensure there is an open tuner available".

Please note that the previous versions worked just fine. I have restarted the server (physical box and emby server) multiple times with no success. I have also tried multiple browsers, Android/Windows applications but the end results is always the same.

Is there a way to roll back to the previous version?

Thanks!

Hi, sorry to jump into this thread, but I am having the same issue too.

Did this issue get solved for 'kemby'?

I installed a new version of Emby over this past weekend.  It worked fine yesterday but today every file has the red "Offline" label on it... 571f6cf61be88_offline.png

and then when I try to play a video I get the following...

Can someone please help?  What information do I need to send you to help?  Should I start a new thread?

Thanks

If it says it is offline that means the system could not access it on the last library scan.

Run a library scan.  If they still say offline, then investigate your log to see why the system can no longer see your media.
