Metadata - Episode Names has file names

My episode names are been displayed as the full file name which has redundant information.

 

Name: American Crime Story - 1x09 - Manna from Heaven

 

I would like the name field to be: Manna from Heaven

 

Is there a setting to scan how the files are been scanned?

Do you have existing nfo metadata with those titles perhaps? Because by default we do use Manna from Heaven unless you've specified your own title

No. These are new episodes that EMBY is creating the nfo files for.

then you could try refreshing from the series detail screen, see if that populates better metadata.
