Cinema Mode not playing the actual movie

Hi there,

 

I played around with the settings these days and tried out cinema mode. Unfortunately, the movie did not start to play after the trailers. I only see the loading icon next to the 0:00. Is this something related to my setup or rather an app issue?

I tried this with multiple different movies and none of them played unless I deactivate cinema mode. When I played Pitch Perfect 2, I also saw an info "Loading subtitles". Maybe it has to do something with that?

Nobody here who can test cinema mode?

I just tested and it worked fine so it must be something more specific.

 

Is it happening on every movie?  What do you have configured to play in Cinema Mode?  Is it possible it is hanging up trying to play a custom intro?

It could be hanging on a custom intro, but I have not configured any.

I configured it to play 2 trailers before the movie. Nothing more. Trailers are all streamed and not local. All 3 movies I tested did not play with cinema mode enabled, but play fine without it. I think I can get more specific on that on the weekend. Maybe I can even find something in the emby logs.
