Streaming speed limit dont work

the speedlimit for streaming form external dont work.

 

I think its a bug.

 

System win10 pro, emby per https over port 443

than i watch a movie from external

and alle traffice is used that i have (10Mbps Upload)

I Try 0,25 for testing ich have 10 Mbps but i will limit it to 5-7 but it wont work.

I think the 0,25 can not be interpreted as a bitrate limit. Use 2500 for 2.5 Mbit or 250 for 0.25 Mbit (which is really really a low value for 720p and x264)

 

What is the bandwidth you want to provide to emby?
