1. While playing a file with subtitles on Xbox One using the edge browser. Subtitles come out of sync and the video eventually locks up.

2. Emby website fails to load on Chrome, only see a black screen, on iPhone and iPad iOS 9.3.1 (http://localhost:8989/web/dashboard.html)

3. Emby website loads only partially Safari, several of the icons at the top are missing and or not working properly, on iPhone and iPad iOS 9.3.1 (http://localhost:8989/web/dashboard.html)

4. DLNA not working with XBOX One or Samsung TV. I can't see either of my devices to playto.

I will test #1. For 2, 3, and 4, I cannot reproduce. No problem found here.

I'm using Shark007 codecs, could that be causing a problem with the dlna?

Any other ideas as to what could be the problem. Nothing has changed with my setup or hardware only updates to emby.

Have you by chanced tried rebooting the server post upgrade?

I've used a version luke had posted elsewhere and DLNA worked fine again. However with the last several builds the DLNA just doesn't seem to see my Xbox One or TV anymore.
