Fire TV Plays Two Files at One

Noticed a strange issue last night and it's not a showstopper really and I have not tried to reproduce it yet.

1. Switched on the TV, woke the FTV, and entered the Emby app (which I had been using the night before perhaps)
2. Navigated to the kids TV show they wanted to watch (downloaded file residing on and Emby Server running on my Windows 2012 Server)
3. Pressed play. Nothing happened
4. Waited around 10 seconds and pressed play again. At this stage I might have tried "backing out" of this episode and pressing play on another one.
5. An episode started playing and about a second later a second audio stream kicked in. So I was watching the opening sequence of the TV show but two audio tracks which led me to believe that perhaps two episodes were being played at the same time.
6. I either "backed out" or hit the home button but when I tried to reenter Emby I got the grey screen.
7. Went into Kodi (with Emby add-on and it played fine.
8. Force quitted the Emby FTV app and all back to normal/played fine etc.

No idea what happened or why the file did not play immediately the first time. Emby might have been trying to reconnect to the server perhaps although if that was the case, not sure how I could navigate through my media.

 

Anyways, just raising it in case it's an issue but I'll try again tonight and see what happens.
