derek4110 0 Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 This app is looking fantastic so far, thank you! I'm having a small issue when selecting "All Movies" from the Movies section where the app pauses for 10 seconds and then exits me out to the Apple TV Main screen. This does not happen when I select "All Series" from the TV section. I have pasted the section of the log file below corresponding to the time it happens, and have attached the full log for review. My server is on 3.0.5912.0 and running on Windows 10. The Apple TV and app should be at the latest versions as well. Please let me know if I can provide any other useful information. Thanks! 2016-04-05 16:13:07.1422 Info HttpServer: HTTP GET http://192.168.10.11:8096/emby/Users/b113e5afc9aeb04a314bc4c3a712e7cf/Items?parentId=a8232901585f46035e842d5d907d02eb&fields=PrimaryImageAspectRatio,ParentId&recursive=true&includeItemTypes=Movie&limit=100&sortBy=SortName&sortOrder=Ascending. ebr 16169 Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Well done - it is actually really hard to crash the app on this platform . That particular error is not related and not a problem and I don't see any other error around that time in your log - on the server side anyway. Have you previously been able to enter that view?
ebr 16169 Posted April 5, 2016 Posted April 5, 2016 Just noticed your local time - are you in Germany by any chance and seeing German translations in the app?
derek4110 0 Posted April 5, 2016 Author Posted April 5, 2016 Glad I could help, haha! I wasn't sure about that error, was the only one that I saw around the same time. I just bought the Apple TV yesterday after the Emby app announcement, so no, I've never tried to enter that view before. I'm in the US, EST, just updated my profile to fix that.
