new users - no collections

At some point in the last few versions it appears that new users are not being granted permission to view collections even with full library access

 

currently running Version 3.0.5912.0

 

Users that has been up and running for a minimum of 3/4 months re fine, however new users do not have the collections section visible to them

 

Sorry to be vague but have only noticed this today when adding a new user so have been unable to pinpoint why this is.

Even with the latest version (3.0.5972.0) this is still an issue - has anybody else experienced this at all?

 

All historical users can see Collections - new users can't - even whn they have full access

Works OK here. However the user does have to go into their preferences and enable collections.

Collections are displayed in one place by default, inside the Movies area. To add a separate Collections top level item, it does need to be enabled. You can learn more on our Collections wiki:
