Emby Server Unreachable

I have just installed Emby on my NAS (TS-453 PRO) and I am not able to launch the emby homepage.

 

I have attached log files from /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Emby/Emby/ProgramData-Server/logs

I upgraded to 3.0.5931. There was something I didn't like so I uninstalled Emby and reinstalled 3.0.5912. Now I get Connection Refused each time I try to launch https://{servername}:8096/mediabrowser
 

I've tried to install, 3.0.5913 3.0.5930 and 3.0.5931. I even tried to reinstall 1.15.1015 which comes with the QNAP OS. All of the yeild the same result.

 

Connection refused when loading the Emby mediabrowser page.

looks like I am back up on 3.0.5912

 

I had to uninstall all versions of Emby. Uninstall QMono. Restart the QNAP NAS. Install QMono. Restart the QNAP NAS. Let it sit for a few minutes. Make a sandwich. Installed Emby 3.0.5912. 

 

Viola.
