Impossible to play Video and music via app

Hello,

 

I cant play video and music whereas from the web site i have no problem.

When i try to play a video i have an error message "Playback error: There was an error processing the request. Please try again later"

With a song nothing happen.

does it work over regular http?

Without Https the problem disappears. But there is no problem of security ? Password are hashed ? The name and video will appear in clear text ?
