My Media PVR Icons dimension don't match those of other media libraries

Pvr part images in my media are not the same dimension as the dynamic generated images for other media libraries. I would just add a background colour so they match the dimensions of the other icons unless that is already done except there is something wrong with my setup. . 

 

I have tried replacing an image of guide for example even after the change it still stays the same.
