HA with Insteon?

Not sure what you meant by cross platform update for your app - I wanted to do something with Insteon lights and the ISY controller that seems to be popular. I saw some other Home Theater Media Center software that has that support and was really interested as I am currently replacing my X10 with this new stuff and want to get all the theater automation finally working. I love Emby and will use it through my house for all the TV's and devices - BUT for my dedicated home theater I need it to work for the big screen. I can already create all my HA stuff such as themes for lighting and turning on equipment, I also know that MoviePoster supports Emby now so I can have that read what's currently playing and put up the poster which is cool :-) and so having some easy way to change the lighting scene when a film is paused for example would be nice. I am also thinking I can just build a program in the ISY so that may be able to do something with the lighting scene when it reads the pause IR button (although right now I use a wireless BT mini keyboard for the HTPC)

Sounds cool. I will have to look at that particular H A contollers API to see how to grab scenes.

Hopefully it uses REST Api for triggering scenes. That would mean a very easy integration into what is already working with Micasaverde devices
