gcoupe 63 Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 It seems to me that the navigation of the main Movies entry screen is a trifle clumsy (when using a remote), and could be improved by a simple rearrangement of the panels. I suspect that most of the time, people will want to navigate to the "All Movies" list, but under the current arrangement, it's a bit of a tortuous route to get there. Using a remote to move down into the Movies section from the top-level menu list of libraries, the first panel to be highlighted is the randomly-selected movie: Not what is wanted, so they will hit the down arrow once more on their remote. But this actually takes them to the "Favourites" panel... So then they have to press the left arrow button to get to the "All Movies" panel: And then finally press "OK" on the remote. Why not put the "Random Movie" panel at the bottom, and bring the "All Movies", "Favourites" and "Collections" panels to the top? Then to get to the list of all movies, it's just two key presses from the top-level (down arrow and OK) instead of four. 3
MrWebsmith 598 Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 i proposed a while back during closed testing that the top "movies" be selectable for ALL MOVIES... same with the other "library names" along the very top row.. then you dont even have to move 3

The family is used to just pushing OK to get to all their movies. Please turn this on!! 1
