Update to 3.0.5911 Failing

Update to server 3.0.5911 from 3.0.5582.0 is failing.  I do have the message :

 

The following components have been installed or updated:

MBServer (3.0.5911)

Please restart the server to finish applying updates.

 

but when I do a 'Restart Now' the old server is stopped but the new server does not run.  Also, the files in the C:\Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\System folder are the 3.0.5582.0 files.

 

I tried to install from setup.exe (run as administrator) over the existing installation, but then I get the error

 

Could not move system directory to backup.

System.IO.IOException
Access to path 'C\Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system is
denied.

 

I'm attaching all the log files from today.

Basically something is hold the system folder so the update processing fails.  Sometimes the server process doesn't shut down fast enough or hangs in task manager.

 

You will need to shutdown server and ensure the task is not still running in task manager and update from website.

I stopped the server with task manager, waited 10 minutes then ran the setup.exe and that worked.  Thanks.
