Error: Connection Refused

Tried connecting remotely, no luck. Tried connecting on machine using localhost or IP, no luck. Log showing error:

I have rebooted emby and computer to no avail.

 

I have renamed plugins, nope.

I have installed it on top of itself, nope.

 

Update: Just had a popup: Unhandled exception: Configuration with key autoorganize not found.

 

Killed all of the db files in the root of data and it appears to be working.
