Does native live tv client support recording multiple shows on single tuner

I haven't been able to test this as Australians still can't import xmltv files I know mediaportal is able to record multiple shows using a single tuner if they are on the same mux/frequency I was aware of this as I have accidently tried it once before and tried it again with hdhomerun's now. Here the main channels are 7, 9, 10, SBS and ABC and all these stations have sub channels.
