Help!

I have been using the latest version of EMBY in Windows 10 via Chrome since Windows 10 was released.  Everything was fine until today's automatic update of Windows.  Upon rebooting the computer, EMBY server auto-loaded as it usually does but I am no longer able to get to the dashboard.  Chrome times out and offers to either wait or kill the page it's trying to load.

In a effort to repair it I tried uninstalling EMBY and re-installing it but to no avail.  I also tried uninstalling Chrome and re-installing it and still no luck.

 

Whenever I try to "configure EMBY" by right-clicking the EMBY icon in the taskbar, Chrome will start and shows "http://localhost:8096/web/wizardstart.html"in the address bar but nothing happens.

 

Any help any of you can provide would be much appreciated. I am a PLEX to EMBY convert and PLEASE don't let me have to go back to PLEX!!!  I love EMBY and have many hours invested in making my little media server into what it was before it crashed!!!

yes as a matter of fact I do use ESET Security...
