How can I stop Emby from trying to convert specific file?

Pushbullet pings me every three hours that: "ffmpeg subtitle extraction failed" for a specific file.

I do not care and I wish it would stop trying now, it have failed for a month, I do not think it will succeed anytime soon... I have even turned off subtitle search, but that did not help. So for now I have turned off the conversion task all toghether. Bu that seems harsh. I just want it to stop trying a conversion after, say, hree attempts.

 

Is that possible?
