Specials again - out of order (metadata correct)

FYI, it appears that there is an incorrect calculation or something with specials.  For example, if I set a special to air before season 7 and before episode 6, I expect it to come between season 7 episode 5 and episode 6, but it's coming before Episode 5. 

 

 

This error seems to be consistent throughout.

On mine using Mediabrowser Classic the specials are showing at the start of the season and ignoring the afterseason tag
