Expand too long notifications

After installing new version of server, I can see change log in notification but it is usually truncated.

Would be nice if there was a way to expand notifications so we can see complete text. Thanks.

Here is the custom css I used.

Edit to target just notifications.

 

Previous css extended Latest News also.

That makes them too long. i'll just make sure you can click them to pop open the info url

Could you wrap then and reduce the number being displayed to like 5 or 6 to compensate for the additional space used.  But overall it looks like about 8 lines are added, at least in my example.
