Clicking "Back" arrow on overlays causes web browser to go back a page

This happens on the web client, both from the server and from client computers.

Log into Emby, go to library, click on an item and choose the Edit option (like you're editing images or metadata or whatever) and it opens the Edit overlay window. When you click the Save button top right corner, the window stays open. Click the back arrow top left corner and the web browser navigates back one page. It's like instead of closing the window it's sending the backspace command to the browser window. The edit window will not close. You have to completely close the browser window and reopen.

Happens in IE, chrome, and firefox.

Server ver 3.0.5916 (but it's been happening in the past two updates as well)

Functions properly in Chrome (49) for me, but doesn't work in Edge or Firefox.  3.0.5916.0
