Problems with Cyrillic Subtitles

Hi, 

To start with this - I am new with Emby. 

 

When I play a media content (movies) on the Ios App (downloaded today) the Cyrillic subtitles  are not recognized and despite letters  are substituted with '????' What steps should be taken in order to change the encoding. 

 

Emby server version on my iMac is Version 3.0.5882.0

I just checked the same problem exists when I play a movie on my iMac, too. 

 

Maybe the topic should be moved.

Hi, I would need to see an example. Are these internal or external subtitles? Thanks.
