Where is the option for 24 hour clock format

For some reason even though all my computers where I am using emby theater are set on 24 hour clock emby theater still displays 12 hour clock format. Is there a setting on the server that I missed.

The clock setting is usually per app and not the server.

I had another look at all the settings and there isn't one so hopefully it is on a later to do list.
