[Coverart Plugin] Images in /cache/coverart/4.0.9.9

After a version upgrade I replace some of the stock images with some selfmade to get exactly the look I want. This works great.

 

But since a few days, my own images get replaced by the default ones from time to time. I don't know if it's plugin or server initiated. How do I prevent Emby to do it and what is the cause for it?

 

Btw, a custom image path also for cover and thumb treatments would be nice, the same way like for 3D or subtitle.

Well, that's an internal cache location used by the plug-in.  It isn't designed to be used to provide custom images.  So, it is going to get overwritten in some circumstances.
