WTV and DVR-MS Are Transcoding

I am having an transcoding issue with tv recordings all wtv and dvr-ms files are being transcoded in the android client. With help from @@krustyreturns he has sorted out all the issues I had with transcoding live tv they are all direct playing now   however recordings are unfortunately all transcoding I had an issue previously and a setting in serverwmc was the cause of transcoding. 

 

I copied recordings to a different location to eliminate serverwmc completely and added it to a media library and they are all transcoding. If live tv can all direct play so should the recordings.  

 

I am using current emby server beta and the latest android client.
