cant split videos

Hello I have a  large comedy collection and am having trouble splitting the versions.

 

For example I have a collection of 8 Eddie Izzard videos and it has grouped them all into one.

 

I have tried to use the split video button but it does not work.

 

I have different names for all the videos and I have checked the metadata of each file and the names are all different.

 

For example:

 

Eddie Izzard - Glorious

Eddie Izzard - Circle

Eddie Izzard - Force Majeure

etc

etc

 

I can only play one of the videos and the other 7 cant be found or played

 

Running server on a qnap 253a and Version 3.0.5882.0

 

Any help would be gratefully received. I have searched the forum with little success.

 

 

 

Edit: I removed the - and re scanned the library and all is working as it should

So you get that using the same title then a - that emby takes that to mean they are all different versions of the same video right?

Yea right now you can only split videos that were manually merged, not the automatic ones. that is why.
