Question about unplayed filter

I'm still new to the use of a media server so my collection as yet is not very big, however, I noticed something which didn't make sense and I have no idea how to correct it.

 

Under Home/Movies my listing displays this

 

 

If I check the folder using webmin where the movies are located it displays this

 

 

Any pointers on how I should rectify this (having rescanned the library a few times) would be appreciated.

Sorted, checked the Unplayed box in the filter.
