Difference: language/country settings

hey

what's the precise difference between language and country settings in metadata settings regarding image and metadata scraping?

Do the Country settings only affect ratings?

 

Can I somehow accomplish to get metadata in my language (german), but images in original languages/english?

Unfortunately right now there isn't a setting to separate the metadata and image language settings.
