How to change emby server ip

My emby server pc has a specific IP address assigned to it but my emby server has a different one. I'm not sure that this is my problem but i cannot get the server to work on my iPhone. It fails to connect to the server. If anyone can help. The port is unblocked in firewall and i added a port to my router. The emby server doesn't have the same IP as the router and all the devices on the network.

Example:

all devices: 192.168.1.2.---

emby server: 25.10.210.110.---

That looks like your external IP. Are you connecting remotely, or locally?

Looks like it bound to your VPN. Im having the same issues
