Resize window?

Is there a way to be able to resize the Theatre window when not full screen? My PC is hooked up to my tv, and when I used Kodi, sometimes I would window the screen and resize the window and stick it in the bottom right of my tv. That way I could watch and surf the web at the same time. Currently Emby Theatre seems to take up about 75% of the screen. I'd love to be able to shrink it down

You can resize using the resize tool in the bottom right corner of the window, but just not during playback.
