Happy2Play 9780 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Nope, nothing changed unless you are running a Dev server release.
Luke 42078 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 the change is that his metadata values are probably getting read now, which is allowing the plugin to do it's job.
anujpuri85 1 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Sorry, I know this topic is a bit old now, but I'm having issues with my Auto Box as well. All of the movies.xml and mymovies.xml files contain <TMDbCollectionID>. When looking at the log files, I'm seeing a whole lot of the below. Any thoughts? 2016-12-09 10:53:54.9779 Info Auto Box Sets: Executing Automatic BoxSet creation. Found 196 potential box sets.2016-12-09 10:53:54.9919 Info Auto Box Sets: Unable to verify collection ID of 167613 which is referenced in Alvin and the Chipmunks 4: The Road Chip - not creating set.2016-12-09 10:53:54.9919 Info Auto Box Sets: Unable to verify collection ID of 122922 which is referenced in In the Name of the King 3 - not creating set.2016-12-09 10:53:54.9919 Info Auto Box Sets: Unable to verify collection ID of 115575 which is referenced in Star Trek 2: Into Darkness - not creating set.2016-12-09 10:53:54.9919 Info Auto Box Sets: Unable to verify collection ID of 86066 which is referenced in Despicable Me 2 - not creating set.2016-12-09 10:53:54.9919 Info Auto Box Sets: Unable to verify collection ID of 1570 which is referenced in Die Hard 5: A Good Day to Die Hard - not creating set.
Luke 42078 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Hi, we don't support mymovies.xml. It looks like your collection numbers are not valid. They may have changed on the moviedb. Try using the emby web app to refresh some of those movies and replace the metadata.
anujpuri85 1 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Hrm, but if I look up Die Hard, for example, on themoviedb.org, it shows the collection id as 1570, which is what the log and the movies.xml file is showing as well. https://www.themoviedb.org/collection/1570-die-hard-collection
Luke 42078 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Can you please attach the complete server log? thanks.
anujpuri85 1 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Most recent log file attached. Emby_Log.txt
Luke 42078 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 OK, this is happening because you've disabled internet metadata support on the server. We can look at resolving that restriction for a future release, but for now in the meantime you'd have to enable it. Thanks.
anujpuri85 1 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Hrm, but I'm pretty sure I have metadata support enabled on the server. Here is a screenshot of the settings for my movies
Luke 42078 Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Ok, thanks. Nonetheless, what's happening is that it's choosing not to search for the boxset on MovieDb for some reason that is not described in the log. I am adding a change to the plugin for the next release that will force it so that it will just work. Thanks for reporting this.
