the change is that his metadata values are probably getting read now, which is allowing the plugin to do it's job.

Sorry, I know this topic is a bit old now, but I'm having issues with my Auto Box as well. All of the movies.xml and mymovies.xml files contain <TMDbCollectionID>. When looking at the log files, I'm seeing a whole lot of the below. Any thoughts?

Hi, we don't support mymovies.xml.

 

It looks like your collection numbers are not valid. They may have changed on the moviedb. Try using the emby web app to refresh some of those movies and replace the metadata.

Hrm, but if I look up Die Hard, for example, on themoviedb.org, it shows the collection id as 1570, which is what the log and the movies.xml file is showing as well.

OK, this is happening because you've disabled internet metadata support on the server. We can look at resolving that restriction for a future release, but for now in the meantime you'd have to enable it. Thanks.

Hrm, but I'm pretty sure I have metadata support enabled on the server. Here is a screenshot of the settings for my movies

Ok, thanks. Nonetheless, what's happening is that it's choosing not to search for the boxset on MovieDb for some reason that is not described in the log. I am adding a change to the plugin for the next release that will force it so that it will just work. Thanks for reporting this.
